New iPhone can measure your height

Smartphones are a wonderful technology. We rely on their features every day, but they often have many hidden functions that we don't know about. One of these is on the iPhone Pro.

Did you know that you can use your iPhone Pro (12, 13, 14) to measure someone's height?

All you have to do is use the Measure app, and then point your camera to get a measurement of how tall a person is. The person whose height you are measuring must stand in front of the camera from head to toe. You can measure your own height in a mirror, but this is not so accurate. It is much more accurate to ask a friend to help you.

The Measure app could end arguments about who is the tallest, but it isn't as much fun as drawing lines on the wall or on a door to find someone's height.
